… "Beach Tennis" info: If you've played volleyball, or tennis you WILL have fun!! I've recieved many questions on Beach Tennis. Here are the basics. The ball we use is slightly larger then a tennis ball, softer and slower. The scoring is the same as tennis using an 8 game pro set. The net is same as volleyball. The ball DOESN'T bounce. The Young Adult Ministry Sports Leagues in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois have been bringing Young Adult Catholics and Christians together for the past seven years. Our programs began with a softball league in the summer of 2004 and a volleyball league in the fall of 2004 and thus far have produced four marriages and numerous friendships.
