We'll be playing volleyball this summer at Lakewood Park, Whiskey Island, Huntington Beach, and other spots in NE Ohio.

Goals of True Form Running Group: To improve our abilities as athletes To gain a sense of camaraderie through training together To accept athletes of all abilities and move toward growth as a runner Incorporate conditioning to exercise other muscle groups Have athletes come chat with our group about nutrition, running techniques, strengthening our skills as runners, etc.

We offer leagues for those who want to stay active, have fun, and meet new people! From the casual player to the more intense athlete, we offer different leagues designed to bring together people and sports under one roof in the southern Michigan. We offer co-ed. mens. and women's leagues in Basketball, Volleyball, Dodgeball, Floor Hockey, Whiffle ball, Corn Hole, and more!
